Location: Raleigh, NC (Glenwood South area) onsite

We are seeking a motivated market development representative who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in the manufacturing technology industry.

Position Overview
As a Market Development Representative, you will introduce, promote, and sell our specialized moisture and density sensor products to manufacturing clients. This entry-level position is ideal for recent college graduates or individuals looking to begin a rewarding career in technical sales. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required. We will provide the training you need to succeed. 

Key Responsibilities
·        Learn and develop a strong understanding of our moisture and density testing equipment, product features, and applications.
·        Identify and contact potential customers across manufacturing and industrial sectors.
·        Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.
·        Introduce and explain our technology solutions, both virtually and on-site.
·        Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to meet customer needs.
·        Attend trade shows, conferences, and client site visits as needed.
·        Meet or exceed sales targets and achieve performance goals.
·        Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.

Qualifications
·        Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline required.
·        Excellent social, communication, and people skills.
·        Strong common sense, intelligence, and problem-solving ability.
·        Eager to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
·        Comfortable traveling as required (approximately 25-50% of the time including international travel to Germany).
·        Initiative-taking, dependable, and professional demeanor.
·        Desire to pave a new path into an exciting career. 
·        Valid driver’s license and passport (for travel to German parent company).

Base Salary: $65,000 + incentives
